- Maintain adequate and appropriate insurance coverage for all business activities.
- Commit to increase professional growth and knowledge, to attend educational programs and to personally contribute expertise to meetings and journals.
- Strive to cooperate with colleagues, suppliers, employees, employers and all persons supervised, in order to provide the highest quality service at every level.
- Subscribe to the ISES Principles of Professional Conduct and Ethics, and abide by the ISES Bylaws and policies.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on the full amount of orders delivered within the State of Virginia in accordance to the destination prevailing tax rate.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you prefer, you may also contact our customer service representative to assist you personally over the phone with any other options.Payment by Purchase Order may be accepted by active open accounts. Once your open account has been established you may select the pay by Purchase Order on the check out page by entering your Purchase Order Number, and your account will be invoiced accordingly

Holding Your Date
A Deposit is required to hold your date. We do not hold a date without a 1/3 deposit made on your first consultation.
Travel
For any event out of the Hampton Roads area we require a meeting at one of our studios and a deposit made before we travel.
